Japanese Government reported M7.4 quake happened near Chiba where they have many quakes recently. Japanese Government released “Earthquake Warnings”, but there was NO shake. This is really strange incidence.
USGS has not reported M7.4 quake near Chiba, either.
But normally, Japanese Government has precise data from each quake. This incidence is really really strange.
My guess is M7.4 quake actually happened. But mysteriously it did not create shakes at all. Recently, many strange things are happening in the world.
